Under the Shadow of Baja
These photos were created in the late 80's on a road trip down the Baja Peninsula. The road was primitive, the villages were primitive and, except for Cabo San Lucas, there were few tourists. Like stepping back in time. There was a feeling of another century and the land itself was stunningly beautiful. There was an ancient feeling of timelessness about it. I have never forgotten it.
